Loaded Protein Bites

2 c. old fashioned, rolled oats
½ c. unsweetened, shredded coconut
¼ c. hemp seed hearts
¼ c. golden flaxseed meal
¼ c. chia seeds
1/3 c. almond protein powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ c. creamy peanut butter
½ c. honey
2 tablespoons coconut oil     


  1. In a medium mixing bowl, add all the dry ingredients and stir. 

  2. In a microwave safe container add the peanut butter, honey & coconut oil. Microwave for about 45 seconds or until it is melted & can be incorporated together. 

  3. Add the peanut butter mixture to the dry ingredients. Stir well.

  4. Using a 1 tablespoon spoon measure out the mixture into your hands. Roll and form into balls. 

  5. Store in an air tight container for 3-5 days.
