Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients:

2 c. Bob’s Red Mill old fashioned oats

1/3 c. Bob’s Red Mill coconut sugar

2 tsp. baking powder

1/2 tsp. cinnamon

1/2 tsp. salt

1 c. milk

1 large egg

3/4 tsp. vanilla

Optional Toppings: Nuts, Fresh Fruit, Syrup, Yogurt, Butter, Milk

In a medium mixing bowl add the dry ingredients. Stir.

Next, add the wet ingredients. Stir until well incorporated.

Pour into a greased 8x8 (or similar)

Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes

Allow to cool slightly, add desired toppings. Serve warm.
